§ Mr. WattsThe construction of the channel tunnel rail link between the channel tunnel and the London terminus at St. Pancras will be authorised by the Channel Tunnel Rail Link Bill when it becomes law.
The rail link will provide access for direct international trains to Wales, Scotland and the north of England and also convenient connections to domestic services to those countries and regions.
