§ Mr. SackvilleTransfers of property to trusts are agreed by the district health authority, and the legal transfers are effected by the regional authority on behalf of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State. The regional health authority and the trusts hold records of property transfers. NHS Estates may provide advice about policy matters, but is not involved in reaching agreement, and does not hold records of transfers. NHS Estates collects data on the size and value of the estate in the NHS.
