§ Mr. NorrisThe 1993–94 survey is the first in a cycle of three annual surveys to measure trends in travel times for each of the main modes. The results will inform the development of policies to improve the efficiency of the road, rail and bus networks and to assist the safe movement of cyclists and pedestrians.
