§ Mr. MacleanI refer my hon. Friend to the reply given to a question from my hon. Friend the Member for Uxbridge (Mr. Shersby) on 20 July, column282. I laid before the House on 13 October an order to increase the fee for the issue of a shotgun certificate and other fees under the Firearms Act. On the same day, a separate order was laid to extend the life of both shotgun and firearms licences from three to five years.
