§ Mr. BaldryThere have been unconfirmed reports of minor incursions across the Zaire-Rwanda border in the north-east and south-east sectors by armed bandits, some of whom are thought to be members of the former Government army.
Zaire's Government have asked for UN assistance in providing security in the refugee camps and to help segregate former military and militia from ordinary refugees. A UN report with recommendations is expected shortly.
