§ Mr. SackvilleDraft guidance on the confidentiality, use and disclosure of personal health information was issued for consultation on 10 August 1994, and copies of it are available in the Library. The consultation period ends on 9 December, and a final version will be published when we have considered the comments received. Work on drafting guidance on confidentiality first began in 1989.
