§ Mr. HaguePanel members who agreed to have their names published are listed in the report "The Medical Assessment for Incapacity Benefit", copies of which are in the Library. Ten members of the panel, including some members of the sub-group which advised on the mental health assessment, did not want their names published. We do not have the consent of any panel member to disclose his involvement in a particular part of the work, such as the mental health assessment. The sub-group which advised on the mental health assessment included panel members with experience in psychological medicine, occupational health and general practice.
