§ Mr. FreemanIn the light of the changes in the strategic environment, the Upholder class is being withdrawn from service. HMS Unicorn, the last of the four boats, will pay off next month. We are currently examining options for their sale, lease or storage, bearing in mind the investment which they represent. No decisions have yet been taken.
