§ Mr. BaldryMy right hon. learned Friend the Minister of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs raised the question of the operation of the Anglo-Romanian adoption agreement with the Romanian authorities in Bucharest in September. The Department of Health, which administers the agreement, is concerned about delays in processing applications under the terms of the agreement. We will continue to press for the proper operation of the agreement and the speedy resolution of cases.
