§ Mr. MaddenTo ask the Secretary of State for Employment what reports have been received by the International Labour Organisation with respect to Indonesia's conformity with the ILO convention of 1956 ensuring the right to associate in free trade unions.
§ Miss WiddecombeThe Government of Indonesia ratified ILO convention No. 98 on the right to organise and collective bargaining in 1957. Since then they have frequently reported as requested by the ILO on its application of the convention. Indonesia's most recent report was submitted to the ILO in 1993.
