§ Mr. Jonathan EvansTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will make it his policy to allow Housing for Wales equivalent power to implement a scheme of GRO—grants for rent and ownership—grants for individual housing projects as currently operated and administered by Scottish Homes.
§ Mr. Gwilym JonesThere are at present no plans to introduce GRO grants in Wales. I continue to keep under review the Scottish experience in this field.
