§ Mr. RedwoodMy right hon. Friend the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food normally represents the United Kingdom in negotiations with the European Commission. Several amendments to the regulations have already been negotiated which will bring welcome flexibilities in the way livestock quotas are administered.
