§ Mr. BaldryWe will be seeking to identify sound projects in population and reproductive health field so that by the end of next year we will have committed the £100 million of aid announced in July by my noble Friend the Minister for Overseas Development. We will extend access to reproductive health services through intensified co-operation with the United Nations population fund and our other partners, including the private sector.
