§ The Prime MinisterDuring my visit to Saudi Arabia I made clear the importance we attach to a just and lasting settlement on all aspects of the peace process. The Gulf co-operation states have since announced that, for all practical purposes, the secondary and tertiary elements of the Arab boycott will no longer be applied. I welcome any moves towards the full lifting of the boycott.
