§ Mr. GoodladWe welcome as a positive step the visit to Indonesia and East Timor in July of the UN special rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions. We continue to encourage Indonesia to live up to the other commitments made at the last session of the United Nations Commission on Human Rights.
