§ Mr. SoamesSince October 1991, seven RAF Tornados have crashed or crash landed. Six accidents are still under investigation by RAF boards of inquiry; summaries of the findings of the respective boards will be placed in the Library of the House as soon as they become available. The remaining accident occurred on 21 October 1993 as a result of the ignition of a fuel leak. A summary of the findings of the board of inquiry into this accident has already been placed in the Library of the House.
