§ The Prime MinisterHer Majesty the Queen consults her Ministers in the United Kingdom, and in those countries of which she is sovereign, in matters relating to her capacity as Head of the Commonwealth.
Her Majesty also has contact with heads of state and Government of Commonwealth countries at the biennial Commonwealth heads of government meetings and on other occasions.
