§ Ms RuddockTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he will be publishing the research into bail procedures which was submitted earlier in the year.
§ Mr. MacleanThe recommendations for best practice in the bail process arising from a report on research which was carried out last year are currently being studied. Once decisions have been taken on those recommendations we expect the report to be published.
