§ Mr. AllenTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will place in the Library a copy of the rules of procedure adopted for the Executive committee of the Dublin convention, relating to the state responsible for determining an asylum application.
§ Mr. Nicholas BakerThe committee provided for in article 18 of the Dublin convention is required to determine its own rules of procedure. Draft rules are in preparation but they cannot be finally decided until the committee comes into existence on entry into force of the convention. I shall place a copy of the rules in the Library then.
