§ Mr. RedwoodMy Department is developing a new computerised filing system which so far covers only a small part of our operation. During this process, we are maintaining a manual back-up system which should prevent teething troubles from causing the Department's file recording system to fail.
The records management service in Cardiff—formerly the registry department—has recently been market tested and the contract has been awarded to the in-house bid team.
