§ Mr. HagueI am informed by the president of the Independent Tribunal Service, his honour judge Bassingthwaighte, that he employs 103 administration and six judicial staff full time in Scotland. In addition, there are 450 tribunal chairmen and members paid on a sessional basis. It is not possible to provide separate caseload figures for disability living allowance and attendance allowance. However, I am informed that at 30 September 1994 the caseload for the two benefits combined was 2,365 and for industrial injuries was 800.
