§ Mr. OppenheimThe Health and Safety Executive has completed its investigation and on 6 September announced its decision to prosecute Associated Octel under sections 2(1) and 3(1) of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974. HSE will publish a report of its findings, once legal proceedings have been completed.
