§ Mr. Michael J. MartinI have received firm assurances that the acquisition of Thomas Cook Travel Management by American Express will have no adverse effect on the quality and range of services provided by the Travel Office. The Administration Committee nevertheless intends to monitor closely the performances of the office to ensure that its standards of service are maintained.
