To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will make it his policy to place in the Library copies of all speeches he, or other Ministers in his Department, make on matters for which he has departmental responsibility in the period 21 July to 16 October.

Arrangements will be made for copies of speeches made by Ministers in my Department in a public forum, which make policy statements, to be placed in the Library of the House.
