§ Sir Paul BeresfordUDC's form a self-contained grouping within the SRB and all existing commitments will be honoured. The level of grant in future years will be determined, in the light of corporate plans, at the outcome of the current public expenditure survey.
Birmingham Heartlands development corporation will have entered into commitments on the basis of its anticipated total income which includes receipts and funding from the European regional development fund. BHDC has been given an indicative wind-up date of March 1997 and its future expenditure strategy has been planned accordingly.
