To ask the Secretary of State for Education if she will show for each local education authority and for each year since 1988–89(a) the total capital expenditure per pupil in full-time education, (b) the proportion which is met by borrowing by the local authority, (c) the proportion which is met out of revenue by the local authority and (d) the proportion which is met from capital receipts by the local authority.
