My right hon. Friend and Ministers in his Department have frequent meetings with the Council of Mortgage Lenders. Most recently, my noble Friend the Earl of Arran, then Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for the Environment, met the Council of Mortgage Lenders on 7 June 1994.
