§ Mr. Neil HamiltonUnder section 8 of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 the Secretary of State may apply for the disqualification of directors if it appears from a report made by inspectors that it is in the public interest to do so. I have been advised that the report justifies proceedings only against those directors against who summons have been issued.
