To ask the Secretary of State for Health how many copies of "Changing Perspectives: Quality Initiatives in Accident and Emergency and Day Care Treatments" were printed; and what was the total cost of printing and distributing the booklet.

Four thousand copies of the document were produced. The total cost for design, printing and distribution amounted to £21,222.
