§ Mr. BaldryIn 1993, 609,297 single entry visit visas, and 12,230 short term multiple entry visas, valid for six months, were issued to people seeking to make visits of six months or less.
The top countries where these visas were issued—not all were to nationals of the country concerned—were as follows:
