To ask the Secretary of State for Health if she will place the Touche Ross report on the Prescription Pricing Authority in the Library.

No. As part of the market testing process, a number of reports have been prepared for the Prescription Pricing Authority by Touche Ross and others. Those reports contain information which is commercially sensitive.
