§ Mr. MaloneThe report of the Wilson committee on national health service complaints procedures recommended that the Government should consider a number of options put forward for reviewing complaints in the NHS, including a national complaints commission. We are currently considering the responses to the consultation exercise on the report and will make an announcement of our decisions in due course.
