§ Mr. MacleanFollowing the consultation process completed last year, the Government are considering what action it would be appropriate to take in respect of wheel clamping on private land. Our aim is to ensure that any measure introduced to prevent or deter irresponsible and heavy-handed wheel clamping on private land does not prevent sensible measures being taken to control genuine parking problems.
