(2) if waiting times for out-patient consultant appointments at the Royal Shrewbury hospital are subject to the same criteria for patients from Powys as for patients from Shropshire; and if she will make a statement.
§ Mr. MaloneHealth authorities and general practitioner fundholders must purchase services for their patients according to the appropriate national and local standards applicable to their residents taking account of available resources.
