Mr. Hain

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, pursuant to her answer of 22 November 1994,Official Report, column 86, what steps she took to obtain counsel's- opinion about possible court interpretations of the term "industrially produced", prior to formulating her policy on such matters in relation to the availability of herbal remedies; and if she will make available in the Library a copy of all legal opinions received.
