Mr. Pendry

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will publish a table showing(a) the rate of conviction and (b) the average sentences for cases heard by (i) Tameside South magistrates court and (ii) Ashton-under-Lyme magistrates court in relation to (i) all crimes of theft, (ii) all juvenile crimes and (iii) crimes of theft committed by juveniles, for each of the last five years.
