(2) if he will enact the Office of Fair Trading recommendation in its report on unfair copier contract terms that a new proposal form should make clear all the information buyers need to evaluate quotations.
§ Mr. Ian TaylorThe Director General of Fair Trading published a report on photocopier selling practices in March of this year. He announced that he would undertake a further review early in 1995, and we will consider in the light of the recommendations of this review whether further action by Government is necessary.
In the meantime, the Director General is continuing to monitor business practices in the photocopier sector closely.
