§ Mr. ForthThe Department has established one next steps agency, the Teachers' Pensions Agency. The civil servant carrying out the duties now held by the chief executive was a grade 5 and was paid a salary within the relevant range for the grade, which is currently £36,739 to £54,815 nationally. No other payments or emoluments were made.
