§ Mr. GoodladExpenditure plans for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Diplomatic Wing, and the Overseas Development Administration are reviewed annually as part of the public expenditure survey. The outcome is announced in the Financial Statement and Budget Report and in more detail in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office's departmental report. Planned grants in aid to the BBC World Service, which is funded on a triennial basis, and the British Council are reviewed at the same time.
