§ Mr. Robin SquireThe following table shows the number of members of the teachers' superannuation scheme, together with the corresponding average lump sum and annual pension, who retired on the ground of infirmity, redundancy or organisational efficiency in each of the last six years. Employers may enhance the pension of those who retire on the ground of redundancy or organisational efficiency: the cost of this is not recorded centrally.
