36W(2) what is the nature and remit of the review currently being undertaken into the situation of overseas domestic workers in the United Kingdom;
(3) when he expects the review currently being undertaken by his Department into the situation of overseas domestic workers in the United Kingdom to report; and if he will then publish it;
(4) what action his Department is planning to strengthen measures to protect overseas domestic workers from abusive employers during their stay in the United Kingdom.
§ Mr. Nicholas BakerThere has not been a formal review, but I am considering the arrangements for the admission of domestic workers in consultation with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the Employment Department.
