§ Mr. HagueIncapacity benefit will normally be paid fortnightly in arrears in line with the arrangements for benefits to unemployed people. Fortnightly payments will also apply to severe disablement allowance and income support for those incapable of work. The new payment frequency will apply to new claims only.
