§ Mr. KirkwoodTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland, pursuant to his answer of 27 October,Official Report, columns 852-56, if he will place in the Library copies of the awareness of right to buy and rents to mortgages, public knowledge and perception of local government, water and sewerage, sustainable development, car crime, Scottish crime, NHS staff in Scotland, further and higher education for Scotland and Scottish Office central inquiry unit surveys.
