§ Mr. Gwilym JonesPrivate finance forms a significant part of many programmes. The Welsh Office and its sponsored bodies levered in £400,000,000 of private funding in 1993–94 and this is forecast to increase to £407,000,000 in 1994–95. It is not practicable to list individual projects.
