§ Mr. SackvilleRegulations fully implementing directive 92/73/EEC came into force on 14 February 1994. The principal effect of those regulations was to establish a simplified registration scheme for homeopathic medicinal products, thereby extending the opportunities for the marketing of such products in the United Kingdom. Currently marketed products were not affected.
