To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster if he will ensure that every departmental version of the citizens charter is available to the public from a central source in his office.

Individual public service organisations are responsible for publishing and distributing their charters to uses of their services.

My Department runs a citizens charter publication line on 0345 223242 which sends out citizens charter publications, including copies of the guides to the citizens charter White Papers. It also sends out a list of departmental contact points from which copies of any of the 40 follow-up charters can be ordered:
