asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether Health and Safety Executive inspectors are required to investigate reports from the public of incidents involving misuse of hazardous pesticides within a specified time limit.

Instructions to Health and Safety Executive inspectors do not specify a time limit in which incidents involving the misuse of hazardous pesticides should be investigated but reported incidents involving pesticides are afforded a high priority.
