§ Mrs. Gillian Shephard[pursuant to her reply, Official Report, 27 October 1994, c. 626]: There have been no occasions in the last year when the spouse of a Minister in the Department for Education has travelled abroad to accompany a Minister on public duties at public cost. On four occasions, a Minister was accompanied, but in no case was this at public cost.
