With which principles of the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers' Recommendation No. R(90)3 concerning Medical Research on Human Beings they disagree; and what are their reasons for disagreement.

The Government accept the principles contained in this Council of Europe Recommendation on Medical Research and Human Beings, which form part of good medical research practice across the United Kingdom.
