To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what was(a) the total amount of urban block expenditure by his Department, (b) the total amount and percentage allocated to all urban development corporations and (c) the total amount and percentage allocated to the London Docklands development corporation for each year from 1987–88 to 1993–94.
